"This video is an open letter to Premier Danielle Smith.
A recent Globe & Mail article reports that no company is willing to champion a pipeline from Alberta to the coast. If that’s true, then Premier Smith’s Memorandum of Understanding with Mark Carney is effectively dead before it even begins.
Why? Because the economic uncertainty in Canada has become too great for any company to risk major pipeline investment. That uncertainty isn’t random — it’s the direct result of federal regulations, political barriers, and the policy environment created by the Liberal government.
Premier Smith understands the kind of people she’s dealing with. She knows the agenda Mark Carney represents, and she knows exactly how Ottawa operates.
So why keep up the pretence?
Why not step fully onto the independence side — the only path left for a province that’s being held back by a country unwilling to let Alberta succeed?
