«Today on the Rachel Parker Show, Rachel speaks with United Conservative Party member Emmott Kelsey about a resolution he's put forward for consideration at the party's annual general meeting this fall. The resolution states that the UCP agrees that the province of Alberta should cease to be a part of Canada and become an independent state.
Kelsey is urging members to go up-rank his policy before Tuesday so that it can make it to the next round of voting in September.
Kelsey sits as a guest on Morinville — St. Albert and St. Albert's constituency associations. He was part of the Lac Ste. Anne-Parkland CA, where he was involved on the policy and governance committee, but took leave in April to focus on the Independence movement.»
