Darcy argues that the problem is not simply the wrong politicians or too much bureaucracy. It is the state’s monopoly over taxation, force and decision-making. But what would replacing that system actually involve?
Nadine challenges him on the practical questions: who builds and maintains the roads, who pays for infrastructure, how private security and dispute resolution would work, and what protects people who cannot afford justice.
