«The event in Airdrie began excellently as Mitch Sylvestre introduced the release of a constitutional discussion document. Later though, one of the document's creators made a blatant, racist comment while at the microphone. He has since resigned, and Mitch has condemned the statement made, as have others within the independence movement.
We must do better.
Aside from that, the constitution document is pretty good and worth a read and discussion. I shared some thoughts on it.»
